How to order?

Ordering has never been easier.
Simply do the following steps:

• Click on the game (currently World of Warcraft US, World of Warcraft EU, RF Online, Guildwars or Dungeons & Dragons Online),
• For World of Warcraft, select either US or EU servers.
• You may then select which power leveling service you would like.
• Next, select the from level and the to level using our calculator which gives instant quotes, or select from some of our discounted packages.
• Click on the Add to Cart button.
• Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" link in the shopping cart area in order to proceed to our secure checkout.
• During checkout, you will be prompted to input your account name, your password and your character name and any special instructions you may have (what type of mount, what skills to train, etc).
• You may then choose between paying through Paypal, Google Checkout, Moneybookers, or using a credit card.
• After making payment, please keep track of your Power Level order number.  You can use the order number to get updates on your characters level from our site located at: http://www.Elitemmorpg.com/powerleveling_report.asp
• Upon receiving your order, we will send you a verification email and start your order within 20 minutes.
• Upon completion of your order, we will send you another notification email to let you know that your order has been completed.

After the customer makes his/her payment, we are instantly notified of the power level order and the new appears in our work queue.

Verify Order

Our power leveling specialist then verifies that the account information provided by the customer is correct. If any information such as character name, server, login, or password are incorrect, we immediately send an email to the customer and also put a note in the Power Leveling Report.

Record Items

Additionally, our specialist also takes a quick inventory of the customer's gear and amount of gold and takes a screenshot.

Assign to manager

Once everything is good to go, we assign your order to one of our Power Leveling managers. That manager then assigns it to one of his professional staff members.

At no time are the professional levelers given your login and password. Only our managers are allowed to login your accounts before the leveling starts.

Manager updates progress

Around 6 times a day, our manager goes to our website to update the progress on your order.

Professional leveler completes

Once your order is done, the leveler will inform his/her manager of the completed order. The manager then confirms that the order has been completed via the customer's instructions.

Manager checks inventory and level

At this point, both the manager and the power leveling specialist check the account to ensure that all the items that were previously on the account are still there as well as the additional gold, gear, and items. If there are any questions, the leveler may be interviewed by the manager.

Completion e-mail sent to customer

Our website power level report is updated as complete and another e-mail is sent out the customer to let him/her know that the order has been completed.

When we are doing a Power Level order, we only ask for the client login/password. For many games this varies from the account master information required to make changes to the account. Furthermore, to ensure your accounts are safe, only managers assigned to your order will have access to your login and password.  Each time a leveler needs to start an order, we require that our managers do the actually logging in of accounts.

Furthermore, our managers are always looking out for you.  Unlike other companies, when we receive an order, our managers take quick stock of your character's inventory to ensure that we return everything to you once your orders are done.

Want to know what happens to all the currency and items obtained while your character is Power Leveled?
They go right to you. That is correct, we ensure that each and every one of our customers and their orders receive the full benefit from the Power Leveling service. Your character gets to keep all items and currency collected while your character is leveled. We do however, use a small amount to upgrade equipment for the Power Leveling process; however, no gaming currency leaves your possession at any time.
